Ohtsuka
Co., LTD, the parent company of O-Flex Group, Inc., was
founded in 1921, as a family owned Japanese company and is
engaged in a number of manufacturing and distribution
businesses serving principally the automotive, industrial
and medical markets. |

Ohtsuka Co. LTD. located in Tokyo, JAPAN Manufacturing of automotive parts, air conditioning ducts for the construction industry and industrial machinery markets
- 1950 – Headquarters established in Shinagawa, Tokyo, JAPAN
- 1991 - Established
Ohtsuka - Tech - Chiba No. 3 Plant, located in Chiba Prefecture. Manufacturing of automotive gaskets, industrial components and accessories.
- 1995 - Established
Ohtsuka-Flex - Ichikawa Plant,
located in Chiba Prefecture. Manufacturing of air
conditioning ducts for the construction industry
- 1995 – Established
Dalian Fuleikesi A/C Hose Co., LTD. Located in Dalian, China. Manufacturing air conditioning hose assemblies for the automotive market.

O-Flex, INC.
located in Murfreesboro, TN. Manufacturing head impact
energy absorption tubing.

AC-Flex - Chiba No. 1 Plant, located in Chiba Prefecture. Manufacturing air conditioning hose assemblies for the automotive market.

Pro-Flex - Chiba No. 2 Plant, located in Chiba Prefecture. Manufacturing insulated and heat resistant flexible tubes and head impact energy absorbing tubing.

2003 – Restructured O-FLEX, INC. into O-Flex Group, Inc., O-Flex Automotive, Inc., O-Flex Tube, Inc., O-Flex REES, LLC
- 2004 –
Ohtsuka-Tech - Chiba No.3 Plant. Started manufacturing medical beds for Japanese market.
- 2005 - Constructed
O-Flex plant #2 in Murfreesboro, TN. for manufacturing air bag tubular components, seat belt retractor components and HVAC hose applications for the automotive market.
- 2005 – Established
Shanghai Flex located in Fengxian near Shanghai, China. Manufacturing air conditioning hose assemblies and air bag tubular components.
- 2005 - Acquisition of O-Flex Metal Finishing Inc., a service operation providing zinc plating and E-coating.
- 2007-
Acquisition of SEACO, offering fabrication, anodizing and brite dip of
aluminum.
